Sales Terms & Policies
All purchases of services or products through Diva By Design are governed by our Terms of Sale Agreement. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. If you do not wish to accept our Terms of Sale, please do not purchase any services or products through our site.
PURCHASING CONSTITUTES COMPLIANCE
When you click on the "SUBMIT" or similar button on a product or service screen, you agree to purchase the products and services indicated, in accordance with the terms and conditions included on the relevant screens, and in accordance with this agreement.
Delivery Policy
Orders are typically shipped via UPS with insurance, unless otherwise specified. A ?street address? is required for delivery, as signature is required for delivery.
Payments
Bridal & Formal orders require 100% payment in full, at the time of ordering. Please review the invoice and notify us of any change or correction needed prior to payment.
- Wholesale Orders meeting the stipulated minimums, require a 60% deposit. Balance due 7 days prior to order shipping from factory. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Any balance remaining unpaid within 15 days of notice, the order will be cancelled. Diva by Design price quotes exclude, shipping & insurance via UPS. Shipping to be billed separately once order is ready for shipment and can be combined with any balance due.
- Wholesale orders less than the minimum required 100% of payment in full at the time of ordering.

Payment Methods Accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, US Money Orders, Certified Checks, Personal Checks, eChecks and Paypal. Checks and money orders require 7 business days to clear. Orders will not be processed until payment clears. $30 fee applies to all returned checks.
Policies & Procedures
As is customary with bridal and formal wear, all sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. Custom gowns and dresses are made to order, as such we cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges. Once your order has been submitted, no changes or modifications can be accepted.
Payment of invoice constitutes acceptance of all Diva by Design & Estrada sales/order policies and terms, including the accuracy of order invoice. Each Diva by Design client is responsible for confirming accurate style for quotes, providing accurate measurements, design adjustments, wear date and color details in writing at the time of ordering. We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress, tailor or alterations specialist, for better accuracy of your individual measurements. Diva by Design is not responsible for gowns or dresses that do not fit. Please consult the appropriate manufacturer size chart or consult a professional seamstress when having a garment made. Diva by Design is also not responsible for alterations costs associated with wrongly given measurements.
Return Policy
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any bridal gowns, formal gowns, specialty ordered gowns, wholesale orders, in stock gowns, off the rack gowns, veils, bridesmaids, flower girl gown, mother of the bride gowns, prom and evening gowns, or accessories.
Diva by Design is willing to return a gown based on a manufacturer defect* only. We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that is ordered here at Diva by Design. All merchandise that is ordered is in brand new condition. If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 3 days after you receive your order. If our staff finds that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will contact our manufacturer and get a new order out to you as quickly as possible. Applicable, estimated time of arrival will apply. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been worn, altered or misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Diva by Design will incur shipping charges on damaged or defective merchandise, and will reimburse their customer?s shipping expense if supplied with the proper shipping receipts. Diva by Design will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found to be damaged, worn, altered or misused by the customer, and will hold customer accountable for those fees.
Cancelled Orders
We do NOT accept cancellations on custom dresses, specialty ordered gowns, special measurement gowns, veils, bridesmaid gowns, flower girl gowns, evening and prom gowns, mother of the bride gowns, and accessories. For not in-stock gowns and dresses, manufacturers typically produce these gowns once an order is received. As such our manufacturers do not accept returns, therefore Diva by Design must enforce a strict cancellation, no exchange, no refund, and no return policy. Should you return your gown without verbal and/or written authorization to do so, and there is not a manufacture defect*, you will still be obligated to pay the full purchase price of the gown. Refusal or non-deliverable merchandise will also be subject to the full purchase price.
* Manufacturer defect means: the gown has been torn, faulty sewn hems coming undone, and blemish marks shown on gown only. Style of fabrics (i.e. polyester vs. silk), size, color, or length of the gown are not considered manufacturer defects.
Shipping and Handling
International customers are welcome. Diva by Design ships worldwide! Shipping and handling charges for standard sized dresses (0 to 12) varies per your location and the weight and size of your shipment. Average costs for (U.S. domestic) is $30 to $55.00. International and domestic overnight shipping and handling fees varies. For a more accurate shipping estimate, simply add your product to the shopping cart and complete the ship to details. The automatic shipping calculator or one of our skilled sales consultants can provide this detailed information upon request. All orders are shipped with full insurance to protect your investment. Tracking details are provided once your order is prepared to be shipped. International customers may incur and are responsible for any VAT or duty fees associated with shipments.
International packages may experience some unforeseen shipping situations (i.e. packages held in Customs for clearance, and/or plane delays due to mechanical or weather conditions, etc.). Diva by Design will NOT be held responsible and/or liable for any shipping related issues as set forth above. Situations such as those are beyond our control. Estimated time of arrival dates, are included on product listings and quote requests. Avg. eta for custom bridal/formal orders is 8-10 weeks, and are estimates only from the time all order details are submitted and paid. Delivery times are based on the time of year, time of the month, and availability of fabrics and materials. We encourage all customers to order bridal and/or formal dresses well in advance of the wear date. We will make every effort possible to meet desired delivery/wear dates and accommodate rush orders. However, Diva by Design will not be responsible for items that do not arrive on time due to orders purchased 6 weeks or less of the wear date.
Ordering Custom Wedding Dresses, Custom Formal Gowns, Custom Dresses, Designer Rendition Gowns
We have a wide variety of gorgeous select designer and designer inspired gowns and dresses showcased on our online boutique. We specialize in bringing customers haute bridal and formal dress styles, couture bridal quality and runway glamour dresses to our customers at off the rack prices! We also our own exclusive collections in addition to custom gowns and dresses upon request. We can make closely replicated versions of any designer dream dress. In making a replica of any designer bridal or formal gown, we cannot guarantee that the replicated version will look exactly like the original designer photo. Our goal is to come as close to capturing the original beauty and style elements of the designer original while making it unique to you. It is the client's responsibility to provide all photos, sketches, design, colors and size details at the time of ordering. Where utilizing photos or sketches where design details may not be easily visible and not clearly inlcude in design details provided, our designers and patternmakers reserve the right to construct in a manner deemed most flattering to the garment.If you wish to see some of the custom gowns we have produced for our previous customers, please let us know and we would be happy to send examples. If you can imagine it, we can make it!
Production does not begin on custom orders until all necessary order details and payment is received. No changes or cancellations are accepted after order submitted. All custom bridal & formal orders are final sale.
Customer Service & Status Inquires for Existing Orders
Once you have placed your order, all customer service inquiries will be directed to our customer service department. This department responds to all inquiries in 24-48hrs.To ensure prompt attention and order accuracy, ALL inquiries regarding existing or completed orders must be submitted in writting to the customer service department via email:service@divabydesign.net Please DO NOT leave customer service inquiries on the Diva by Design phone service.
